2.        Please update your coaches email addresses and phone numbers on the on the Ex Net information sheet.   You must have your school code and password to log on.  You will first need to enter your enrollment numbers, click submit school information, and a list of MHSAA Sports will appear beneath the Phys Ed section with space to enter your coaches email address etc.

This must be completed by September 30th.  Failure to update this info may           result in a $100.00 fine.  If you have any question concerning the ExNet system      or school information sheet contact Jo-Ann at 925-5640 or info@mhsaa.ca.  This   sheet should be filled out at the start of the year and is part of the school    information sheet where you would update school information, enrollments, etc.

3.        Eligibility Appeals:  Any eligibility appeals must be submitted to the MHSAA Office by noon September 18, 2009.  Please see page 7 of the MHSAA Handbook to see what is required.  Incomplete appeals will not be considered.

4.        Champions Cross Mentoring Program.  The Champions Cross Mentoring Program will be held on Thursday and Friday October 29th and 30th in the Sport Manitoba building.  This is a great program that teaches student leaders how to make the right choices concerning drugs, alcohol, and other drugs.  It would be very worthwhile for students to attend.  Contact Ron at 925-5643 or  <mailto:champions@mhsaa.ca> champions@mhsaa.ca for further information.  Contact our link <http://www.mhsaa.mb.ca/pages/champions_mentor.php> http://www.mhsaa.mb.ca/pages/champions_mentor.php.
