These applications will be posted Monday, February 13th.

4. Tournament Results - Another reminder to schools that tournament results must be sent in to the MHSAA on the Monday following your tournament. A fine of $100.00 will be levied to schools that do not submit their results.

5. MTS Entourage Program - Please encourage your students to sign up for the MTS Entourage link located in the lower right had corner of the MHSAA website main page. Students can win prizes and special offers and it helps the MHSAA as well. Please encourage your students to register.

6. Legion Athletic Camps - A link to the Legion Athletic Camps is on the MHSAA website in the lower left hand side. Please visit this site and encourage your students to take advantage of these great camps.

7. Notices of Motions - It is now time to start thinking about Notices of Motion for the Annual General Meeting. The President's Meeting will take place on April 28th and all motions must be submitted to the MHSAA office by April 15th.

8. Annual General Meeting - The Annual General Meeting will take place June 18th, 19th, and 20th in Portage La Prairie. Start planning now to attend. Start thinking about running for a position on the Board of Directors. If you are interested in more information, please contact Morris, 925-5641 or morris@mhsaa.ca.

9. Registration Deadlines - just a reminder that the deadline for basketball and curling eligibility is Friday, February 10th. Due to some weather issues, registration will remain open until midnight, Monday, February 13th. Please ensure that your curling and basketball teams are registered online to avoid any fines. The deadline date for basketball transfers is now passed.

10. Provincial Championships - The 2006-2007 Provincial Championship dates are now posted on the MHSAA website http://www.mhsaa.mb.ca/pages/prov_championships/prov_champ_dates.php. Please note that there are changes in the volleyball dates as the Provincial in-service - SAG has now been moved to November 24, 2006, and no tournaments will be allowed on that day.

The movement of SAG also allows us one extra weekend in October and we are considering moving the Provincial Rural Soccer Championships one weekend later to October 20th and 21st and move Cross Country back to Saturday, October 14th rather than the mid-week date. Please let us know what you think of these proposed changes.

11. Board of Director Positions - The following positions are open on the Board of Directors: Urban Rep, Urban Admin Rep, and a Rural Admin Rep. Start thinking now about running for the MHSAA Board of Directors. Contact morris@mhsaa.ca for additional info.
