Hazing

it is the responsibility of schools to educate their student athletes as well as coaches about the impact and effects of initiations or Hazing.  Schools will handle any concerns that may arise from hazing behaviour in an appropriate manner. While not all inclusive, the MHSAA defines hazing as follows:

"Any humiliating or dangerous activity expected of a student to belong to a group, regardless of their willingness to belong”
